ADOK SACCO Advertises FOSA Manager Position to Strengthen Front Office Operations

Kerugoya, Kenya โ€” ADOK Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd (ADOK SACCO) has announced a vacancy for the position of Front Office Service Activity (FOSA) Manager, in a move aimed at strengthening its front office operations and enhancing service delivery to members.

According to the job advertisement dated 3rd February 2026, the FOSA Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of FOSA business activities to ensure efficient, secure, and member-focused operations.

The successful candidate is expected to possess a bachelorโ€™s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) or its equivalent being mandatory. Applicants must also have at least five years of experience in a financial institution, preferably at a senior or supervisory level, alongside strong knowledge of SACCO laws, SASRA regulations, and financial management principles.

Key responsibilities of the role include coordinating daily FOSA operations, ensuring adherence to operational procedures, supervising branch staff, approving transactions and account processes, overseeing treasury and security procedures, enhancing customer service, and advising management on strategic and operational matters. The FOSA Manager will also play a critical role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective use of SACCO resources.

Additional requirements include strong leadership and interpersonal skills, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, a valid Certificate of Good Conduct, and a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) clearance certificate. The position is open to candidates aged between 30 and 50 years.
