ADOK Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd has officially announced its Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM), inviting all members to participate in the important governance meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 24th March 2026.
The AGM will take place at ACK St. Thomas Cathedral, Kerugoya, beginning at 10:00 AM. The meeting will provide members with an opportunity to review the SACCO’s performance, receive key reports, and participate in critical decision-making processes concerning the society.
During the meeting, members will deliberate on several agenda items including reading and adoption of the meeting notice, recording of apologies, and confirmation of minutes from the 5th AGM held on 14th March 2025. The AGM will also address matters arising from previous meetings, followed by the presentation and adoption of the Supervisory Committee report, the Management report, and the audited financial accounts for the year ended 31st December 2025.
Members will also be called upon to appoint auditors for the 2026 financial year, approve the SACCO’s borrowing powers, and participate in elections for two Board Members and one Supervisory Committee member.
According to the notice issued by the Chairman of ADOK SACCO, members who wish to present Any Other Business (AOB) items are required to submit them to the Chairman at least seven days before the meeting date.
The AGM remains a key platform for members to engage with the leadership, review the SACCO’s progress, and contribute to shaping the future direction of the cooperative.
Members are encouraged to attend and participate actively in the meeting.
